Name of the School (where the action research was conducted): ALLAMA IQBAL PUBLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL

Overall background of the participants of the project; area / school: (socioeconomic status, occupation / profession – earning trends of majority of the parents, literacy rate, academic quality, and any other special trait of the

community where the school is situated)

BACKGROUND, PARTICIPANTS AND AREA OF SCHOOL

For the research of my project, I had selected Allama Iqbal Public Middle School Muzaffargarh that a public faculty and college possess all the wants that I would like to check in an exceedingly school and it gave Maine pretty sensible information of everything.

So before beginning my analysis work, I required to grasp the ultimate background of my participants therefore able to be able to get established what's the specific condition of participants. In doing therefore I created a Performa, it fully was reasonably associate data kind wherever participants got to write their personal data, their skills and thus the strategy they pay their whole day. once they finished their writing work, I collected and reserve it for my future steps.

Meanwhile the condition of faculty was traditional like not specific however students receive everything that they have in an exceedingly easy school.

SOCIOECONOMICS STATUS

To fathom the socioeconomic standing of this college I required to review that Performa wherever students mentioned their personal knowledge and family background it had been everywhere that eightieth of the students were the children of farmers and working man their family barely, alter their daily living expenditures and tutorial expenditures.

I worked as a tyro teacher, wherever I determined it through personal experiences and by asking some relevant questions about their father and family background what they like to neutralize their style.

OCCUPATION / PROFESSION

It was a village space thus; chiefly relations of participants work as farmer or labor and it fully was in addition mentioned on data kind therefore it fully was over that seventieth of fathers of participants square measure farmer and twenty fifth fathers of participants were labor and baseball game those were operative beneath public/govt departments.

Few of parents were additionally earning through farms and businesses.

LITERACY RATE AND ACADEMIC QUALITY

As for the literacy rate most of the parents were illiterate few of them were primary and middle pass mostly were uneducated and the academic quality was normal it was not really good but it can be appreciated one.

SPECIAL TRAIT OF COMMUNITY

It was discovered that students and peoples of that village prefer to participate in several activities like cricket, soccer and plenty of physical activities they additionally like to plant differing types of plants and vegetables so they'll earn from it and provides inexperienced appearance to their village.

It was additionally discovered that several students migrate to geographical region for the grain education and additionally to figure in factories so they'll amendment their life vogue as they require to overall the community was clean and inexperienced.

Sub-theme            Reading Comprehension

Topic of Research Project: Developing Effective Reading Comprehension Strategies in the Classroom

1.  Why did you select this specific sub-theme and topic? Relate it to your experience

/ problem in your classroom / institution.

(Give the background and rationale of the study)

REASON OF SELECTING THIS SUB-THEME AND TOPIC

Sub theme is expounded to the one among in every of the foremost vital and important issue that is self-regulating, our faculty teaches us regarding all the tutorial and co-curricular activities however self-regulation and self-development ability is neglected in all the side therefore it had been a necessary step to review and check out build a distinction in class regarding however students will perceive what's really mean by self-regulation as a result of self-regulation is all regarding ability to manage behavior so as to avoid any unhealthy state of affairs and temptation which may produce a achieving road to the goals.

About the choice of the topic the topic reflecting the idea of self-regulation on children. Self-regulation is an important and significant factor for child nature and behavior development because Self-regulation is that the ability to watch attention, thoughts and emotions. Students who have the flexibility to manage their emotions and behavior are ready to higher interact with different students and answer the varied activities of the day. Therefore, I selected this topic to overcome the issues of self-regulation in students

EXPERIENCE

I had skilled that self-regulation ability is important for each academics and students to form learning easier as a result of if a tutor wish to show his student, he ought to be calm person and student have to be compelled to lesson to their teacher sedately that produce an honest and effective learning space.

It motivates me to find out additional concerning self-regulation ability that instructed me that however may I manage myself from anger throughout personal and career, it absolutely was additionally learning and understanding method of scholars wherever it gave me ideas concerning however students react at completely different state of affairs and what I will waste that state of affairs to form it easier for each me and students to continue an honest relation between teacher and student.

PROBLEM IN MY CLASSROOM

I determined in my category was serious and rethinking students were unable to manage their behavior, actions and thoughts that creating them worse to review and to know teacher it had been problematic state of affairs thus here square measure the particular observations that I patterned:

Students were bearing impulse management problems they were having problems with dominant their emotion like they get angry quickly and take a look at to violate others guard, conflicting with alternative was typically seen by several of the academics and students.

It was conjointly experienced that some students were showing emotion weaker than alternative fellows they cry at very little pressure like once an instructor try and pressurize them, they can't management their emotions.

Some students were having movement management problems like they can't stand still, they can't line up for his or her flip instead they begin moving and keep their body restless.

INSTITUTION

To advance self-regulation of students it's vital that establishment ought to play its key role. throughout my keep I even have detected that a number of the impact of lack of role play from academics to develop sensible self-regulating level were conjointly a barrier. So, it had been required to resolve such issue and establishment ought to play its role. establishment will give a platform and even though they control some co-curricular activities it should conjointly facilitate students.

2.             What was your discussion with your colleague / friend / senior teacher or supervisor regarding the problem?  (Provide your discussion with your colleague or supervisor for better understanding of the problem and alternate solutions)

DISCUSSION WITH COLLEAGUE AND OTHER MEMBERS

For the better development of students Reading Comprehension, I have to discuss such issue with colleague and staff and I find out that they were also concern about the student’s Reading Comprehension and for the advancement of their skills they recommended some suggestions which were given below:

Kids want objective, nonjudgmental feedback so as to enhance their behavior. once a drag arises, notice a relaxed time to debate what went wrong, why, and the way it may be handled otherwise next time. this offers usable directions to students World Health Organization don't have already got a structure and therefore the vocabulary required to control their emotions.

If a student is acquainted with this method, they'll even be able to decompress by reflective on their own, through a written activity, before talking with the teacher. reflective helps students to become a lot of mindful: rather than simply reacting to emotions, they will learn to become the manager of their emotions by recognizing what they're feeling before it becomes associate action.

To overcome this situation, I thought though student needs to be comfortable with teacher so that they can easily share their problem with teachers

which can only be possible through students and teacher co-curricular activities where students can play their favorite games with teachers so that they can feel good and learn from teacher how they react to different situation and how to overcome difficult issues.

3.               What did you find about the problem in the existing literature (books / articles / websites)? (Explore books and online resources to know what and how has been already done regarding this problem)

Many studies have been done to test different variables regarding selfregulation. Albert Bandura studied self-regulation before, after and during the response. He created the triangle of reciprocal determinism that includes behavior, environment and the person (cognitive, emotional and physical factors) that all influence one another. Bandura concluded that the processes of goal attainment and motivation stem from an equal interaction of self-observation, self-reaction, selfevaluation and self-efficacy.

In addition to Bandura's work, psychologists Muraven, Tice and Baumeister conducted a study for self control as a limited resource. They suggested there were three competing models to self-regulation: self-regulation as a strength, knowledge structure and a skill. In the strength model, they indicated it is possible selfregulation could be considered a strength because it requires willpower and thus is a limited resource. Failure to self-regulate could then be explained by depletion of this resource. For self-regulation as a knowledge structure, they theorized it involves a certain amount of knowledge to exert self control, so as with any learned technique, failure to self-regulate could be explained by insufficient knowledge. Lastly, the model involving self-regulation as a skill referred to self-regulation being built up over time and unable to be diminished; therefore, failure to exert would be explained by a lack of skill. They found that self-regulation as a strength is the most feasible model due to studies that have suggested self-regulation is a limited resource.

Dewall, Baumeister, Gailliot and Maner performed a series of experiments instructing participants to perform ego depletion tasks to diminish the selfregulatory resource in the brain, that they theorized to be glucose. This included tasks that

required participants to break a familiar habit, where they read an essay and circled words containing the letter 'e' for the first task, then were asked to break that habit by performing a second task where they circled words containing 'e' and/or 'a'. Following this trial, participants were randomly assigned to either the glucose category, where they drank a glass of lemonade made with sugar, or the control group, with lemonade made from Splenda. They were then asked their individual likelihoods of helping certain people in hypothetical situations, for both kin and

non-kin and found that excluding kin, people were much less likely to help a person in need if they were in the control group (with Splenda) than if they had replenished their brain glucose supply with the lemonade containing real sugar. This study also supports the model for self-regulation as a strength because it confirms it is a limited resource.

Baumeister and colleagues expanded on this and determined the four components to self-regulation. Those include standards of Desirable behavior, motivation to meet these standards, monitoring of situations and thoughts that precede breaking standards and willpower.

One challenge of self-regulation is that researchers often struggle with conceptualizing and operationalizing self-regulation (Carver & Scheier, 1990). The system of self-regulation comprises a complex set of functions, including research cognition, problem solving, decision making and meta cognition.

Ego depletion refers to self control or willpower drawing from a limited pool of mental resources. If an individual has low mental activity, self control is typically impaired, which may lead to ego depletion. Self control plays a valuable role in the functioning of self in people. The illusion of control involves the overestimation of an individual's ability to control certain events. It occurs when someone feels a sense of control over outcomes although they may not possess this control. Psychologists have consistently emphasized the importance of perceptions of control over life events. Heider proposed that humans have a strong motive to control their environment.

Reciprocal determinism is a theory proposed by Albert Bandura, stating that a person's behavior is influenced both by personal factors and the social environment. Bandura acknowledges the possibility that individual's behavior and personal factors may impact the environment. These can involve skills that are either under or overcompensating the ego and will not benefit the outcome of the situation.

Recently, Baumeister's strength model of ego depletion has been criticized in multiple ways. Meta-analyses found little evidence for the strength model of selfregulation[9] and for glucose as the limited resource that is depleted. A preregistered trial did not find any evidence for ego depletion. Several commentaries have raised criticism on this particular study. In summary, many central assumptions of the strength model of self-regulation seem to be in need of revision, especially the view of self-regulation as a limited resource that can be depleted and glucose as the fuel that is depleted seems to be hardly defensible without major revisions.

4.           What were the major variables / construct of your project? Give definitions / description from literature.(What are the key terms in your topic or study? what do you mean of these terms? What particular meaning you will attach to the term when used in this project?)

READING COMPREHENSION

A vital part of social and emotional learning is self-regulation. Selfregulation is that the ability to watch attention, thoughts and emotions. Students World Health Organization have the power to control their emotions and behavior square measure ready to higher have interaction with alternative students and reply to the variable activities of the day.

A vital part of social and emotional learning is self-regulation. Selfregulation is that the ability to watch attention, thoughts and emotions. SELF-CONTROL SKILLS

Self-control is a crucial talent that enables us to control behavior so as to attain our long-run goals. analysis has shown that self-control isn't solely vital for goal attainment. whereas self-control may be a restricted resource, analysis conjointly suggests that there are things that you simply will do to enhance and strengthen your resolution over time.

EDUCATION ACTIVITIES

Educational activities tend to get affectional experiences for those concerned in such activities. As such, emotions permeate academic contexts and have an effect on everybody within the schooling method.

ENGAGE

It is defined as to occupy or attract (someone’s interest or attention).

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Communication skills are the skills you utilize once giving and receiving completely different forms of info. Some examples embrace act new concepts, feelings or perhaps associate update on your project. Communication skills involve listening, speaking, perceptive and empathizing.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

An educational activity or additional educational activity is associate activity, performed by students, that falls outside the realm of the conventional syllabus of college, faculty or university education. Such activities area unit usually voluntary, social, philanthropic, and infrequently involve others of identical age.

5.                                                        Q5. What did you want to achieve in this research project?

6.                                                         (Objective / purpose of the study; what was the critical question that was tried to be answered in this project)

PURPOSE OF THE STUDY

The purpose of this research was to resolve the self-controlling issues of students because Students self-regulate by focusing their energy and a spotlight on the task at hand. This next step involves effort management. management is exercised by implementing any of the training methods (such as rehearsal, elaboration, summarizing or asking themselves questions) chosen within the initiative. Help-seeking may be a variety of management, however once the learner uses it to develop their own talent or understanding: help-seeking isn't thought of self-regulatory behaviour when it's used as a crutch to make the solution while not the labor. management may take the shape of victimization attention-focusing methods like turning off all music, sitting alone, or progressing to the library, and it involves suspending pleasant activities so as to create progress towards one’s goals. Simply put, management is general persistence to stay with the methods that job.

self-regulated learners monitor progress towards their goal. people will monitor their own understanding, motivation, feelings, or behaviour towards a goal. as an example, by victimization the metacognitive strategy they determined to use within the goal-setting stage (asking themselves questions), students will clarify for themselves what they are doing and don't however recognize. different ways that of self-monitoring embrace keeping track of what proportion learning actually gets through with a study cluster, or noticing that contexts and environments enable them to concentrate on their work.

WHAT IS EFFECTIVE SELF-REGULATION

Here are a couple of traits and skills that self-regulated individuals exhibit:

Self-control, having self-control means that you're able to stay calm and rational in most things and exercise discipline once required. individuals with selfcontrol tend to assume before they act as a result of their additional alert to however, they react or feel in most things and the way that impacts others.

Dependability, this quality refers to however well you honor commitments, facilitate others in would like and may be sure to follow rules. Dependable people solely comply with complete a task or assist another person after they understand they're able to.

Adaptability, the power to adapt your responses and emotions in line with totally different things means that you're able to address modification. This selfregulation ability may also cause you to additional versatile once it involves totally different views and opinions and be able to think about problems from multiple views.

Optimism, coaching your mind associated emotions sometimes needs an optimistic perspective. If you’re a powerful self-regulator, you doubtless think about challenges as opportunities to be told and improve your future efforts. perpetually trying to find positives permits self-regulators to unendingly improve their own behaviors and actions whereas remaining targeted and impelled.

7.      Who were the participants in your project?

PARTICIPANTS IN THIS PROJECT

For the best study of my project, I even have interacted with some classes and students whose story was supported my project they were lack in self-control ability it completely was very important to possess interacted with them and scrutinize to beat their self-control barrier that they'd issues with approaching stage and acting any activity. So, it completely was needed to agitate their problems.

CLASS X

For the most effective of my data to beat the problem of self-regulation in class and in some categories I had to interacted with few categories wherever it absolutely was seen that some students were lacking in self-regulation ability their emotional and physical activities were inflicting some hassle in class and in their schoolroom thus, I grab this chance to create my smart efforts.

Here are the common problems that I noticed regarding this category Some student enmity was crucial issue

Group work and team building was affected cause of aspect effects of critical selfregulation

They don’t treat others’ feelings with respect Absence of mind and memory

A STUDENT FROM CLASS IX

I had to interview a student whose self-regulation skill was inflicting his educational and private life in bother he was unable to manage his feeling throughout pressure and feel gall in serious problems he wasn't performing arts well in his grades some fellows conjointly grievance his unhealthy behavior to employees however the lecturers cannot do something. To resolve such issue, I attempted to speak with him asked him to there's nothing unhealthy acceptive your unhealthy temptation however you'll be able to overcome it by creating some efforts which is able to assist you to reward yourself with smart life and reminiscences. attempt to suppose and build some goal in your mind so you've got to realize them rather than wasting your thoughts in useless thinking.

8.        How did you try to solve the problem?

(Narrate the process step-wise. Procedure of intervention and data collection)

Before implementing something I reobserved all the observation that I had noted and with considering them I structured my answer but following are the observations that I found:

ANALYSIS TYPE

PERCENTAGE

Active Listeners

63%

Troublemaking students

45%

Emotional students

43%

Co-Curricular Participator                                                                     57%

USING PRESENT THINGS TO SHOW SELF-REGULATION WAYS.

Things like waiting to open vacation presents, taking turns with a prized toy, and being quiet whereas a story is scan aloud at the library square measure all samples of natural things that square measure manipulable moments for self- regulation skills.

These things square measure really difficult for younger kids. Before the event or scenario, make a case for the expectations and also the higher-goal. Then, within the moment, facilitate them be ready to meet that goal. offer them the ways to control their impulses.

There are a minimum of 2 doable reasons for this. One widespread account is that self-control gets exhausted throughout the day. we tend to virtually lack the energy to stay going.

Another account, projected by archangel Inzlicht and his colleagues (2014), is that our brains are designed to hunt a form of balance between toil and seeking out straightforward rewards.

ACKNOWLEDGING THE CHALLENGE OF REGULATION.

This is onerous for teenagers. If they struggle, acknowledge it. If they get annoyed, acknowledge it.

“Sometimes it feels onerous to attend. once you square measure waiting, you'll be able to do one thing else.” after I tell my son he has got to sit up for a special treat, he may say: “But am i able to simply examine it, am i able to simply bit it?” I say, “Let’s take a fast look and so let’s do one thing else, it's tougher to attend once you square measure watching it.”

I acknowledge that it's onerous, I additionally acknowledge his want (impulse), and provide a method to assist him regulate.

And for a few youngsters, regulation impulses may be even tougher. stubborn youngsters have plenty of qualities that may serve them well after they square measure older, however as a baby, it's crucial for them to be told self-regulation.

FREE TO ASK ANYTHING

Sometimes student have lots of questions but student may let his guard down like they afraid of asking questions they feel uncomfortable but teacher needs to taught them their nothing but if you have any weakness because everyone got some weak points you only need to control them and forgive it for your own goodness.

DATA COLLECTION

The data is collected through quantitative & qualitative methods. In qualitative methods. In qualitative method observation tool is used. An in quantitative method written test or questionnaire tool is used to collect data.

9.   What kind of instrument was used to collect the data? How was the instrument developed?

(For example: observation, rating scale, interview, student work, portfolio, test, etc.) The instruments that I exploit to gather the information were observations & interview. Interview was conducted with folks for collection information and

observation was in serious trouble analysis of knowledge.

RESEARCH DESIGN

The research style employed in this study is each quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative analysis uses numerical information to identity giant scale trends and use statical operation to see corrective relationship between variables.

Where qualitative analysis employed in principally in social sciences for assortment of information.

RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS OBSERVATIONS

Observations were made for the analysis of student’s behavior and parent’s attitude with their kids to observe and collect the reaction both parties’ observations were used. It was also made before collection of comprehensive information of student’s daily life in school.

PRE-OBSERVATION & POST-OBSERVATION

These two types of observations were used to find out the actual difference of students before and after this research.

Before taking steps to solve issue student’s communication level in school was:

INTERVIEWS

This instrument was used in this research to collect the data from parents and students with holding meeting with parents and asking personal life and professional life questions so that I can figure out the actual issue of students. It was pretty a helpful tool that helped me.

10.                                                                                                                                                   What were the findings and conclusion? (Provide instruments and analysis as appendix)The table values shows that students behavior was dangerous they weren't serious to concentrate in their category that was inflicting hassle for each teacher and students relation and therefore the active listening magnitude relation was affected throughout pre-observation the proportion was fifty two however once the implementation and my efforts in school the proportion improved plenty that was eighty seven same like that troublemaking students like brat, bulling and rules breaker were additionally serious issue the proportion of such students were halfhour however it absolutely was additionally improved to seventy three. and people students who were weak in impulse management were additionally inflicting some hassle in school, share of such students were forty second however it absolutely was improved seventy fifth so co-curricular were additionally improved from fifty-three to ninetieth which suggests my efforts were effective.

INSTRUMENTS

Instruments that used to calculate data were Interviews in the form of personal meetings where an interview is the way of face-to-face conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee, where the interviewer seeks replies from the interviewee for choosing a potential human resource. Observation instrument used to analyze the data where Observation is a systematic datacollecting technique that involves watching individuals in their natural environment or in a naturally occurring situation.

The processes under observation are normal and not contrived. They can range from individual cases, through to groups and whole communities. They provide highly detailed information about natural processes. The data collection is laborious and time-consuming and may have to be repeated to ensure reliability. However, observation schedules based on a set of expectations can make data collection easier. Co-curricular activities refer to all the activities performed by students to enhance their life skills. Wherein curricular activities comprise academic and scholastic activities. Co-curricular activities can be performed individually or in groups, inside or outside the classroom, depending on the activity's nature.

CONCLUSION

The analysis that I conducted ended that role of academics and college is incredibly necessary and life ever-changing thus academics required to pay additional attentions on student to develop additional and effective self-controlling skills by programing some further activities, daily distribution students some sensible display work like dramas, stage speech or some kind cluster study so student will develop a bond between their fellows and academics as a result of students will perceive additional after they perceive the most construct of group work and importance of form in my category throughout the tip time of my tiro length it had been ascertained that because of my attention and role students had modified their behavior and that they were truly acting on their Reading Comprehension on their co-curricular activities.

11.  Summary of the Project

(What and how was the research conducted main objective, process and findings)

The research that I conducted was action research. How this research is conducted is described as follows.

It was determined that students were weak in their self-control ability they were unable to create ability to work as a team. self-assurance was conjointly affected attributable to weak problem-solving skills.

Objective:

To determine the ways to develop sensible self-regulation skills among students.

To improve the student’s self-control, cluster examination in order that they will participate in extracurricular activities like speech, games, presentation and cluster work.

To improve student’s questioning ability in order that they will clear their gaps throughout lectures by asking their want queries.

For my scientific research I first analysis the entire numbers of students that have low downside finding in class and mentioned it with colleagues and workers members to focus on the problem of scholars.

Literature review: at that time, I reviewed literature completely so I will notice a lot of versatile ways to beat the problems of communication in students. outline terms: I outlined the terms that were employed in my scientific research so as to know their meanings. Objectives or vital Questions: it had been that what's effective communication? knowledge Collection: I collected knowledge of sophistication VII students and a student of sophistication VIII and impelled them with some basic steps to boost their communication skills and additionally schedule some activities.

12.  How do you feel about this practice? What have you learnt?

(self-reflection)

By working on this analysis, I even have studied that self-control plays a crucial role in our arch and personal life where you are utilized and regardless of, you're doing you've to be prompt in your self-control as a result of if cannot selfcontrol and effectively in conjunction with your friends or in career you won’t be able to persuade them regarding your thoughts and your thinking students and lecturers got to work on their self-control ability. I learned that in my employment length if a coach needs their students to pay tons of heed in his/her class, teacher should improve his/her lecture delivering methodology.

SELF-REGULATION CAN BEAT TEMPTATIONS

I have learned that Among the advantages of getting self-control is that the ability to beat temptation. very often, we are able to get tempted to try to to things that divert us from our goals and have an effect on our quality of life. For instance, if we do not exercise frequently, we'll not solely face issues in later years of life however additionally frequently expertise aches, fatigue, and varied different health issues.

SELF-REGULATION CAN MAKE YOU EXCEL

Another thing that I learned that the advantage of self-regulation is that it helps students perform higher in exams and keep mentally sharp. they're additional centered on achieving their goals than their peers. Similarly, folks with high amounts of self-control will channel their time and energy into being productive within the geographical point, that results in success at work.

BETTER PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Self-controlled people aren't solely guilty of their actions– they will regulate their emotions likewise. they will management their anger or harmful emotions like jealousy or hate. This helps them handle personal relationships higher than those that don’t have abundant self-control.

HELP IN DECISION MAKING ABILITY

One of the advantages that I learned of self-control is that it makes decisionmaking easier. as an example, an individual would possibly love chocolate however high blood glucose levels can force them to exercise self-control and keep one's eyes off from the chocolate bars, cookies, and desserts.

GREATER CHANCES OF SUCCESS

If a person who has self-control doesn’t get distracted simply. this permits them to manage their time and resources higher. they have an inclination to form sustained and targeted efforts toward their goals, that area unit additional possible to lead to success.

13.  What has it added to your professional skills as a teacher?                                (05 Marks)

As a teacher this research project added a lot in my professional skills. I know different ways to handle children and many others to teach them a good life spending motivation.

Effective Body Language, after working on this project I have acknowledged that working and improving language skills is not enough we also need to more focus on our body language like how it reacts during the moment we talk with others it helps me to control my body language.

After reviewing literature, I come to know the work that had done previously. So, it added a lot of knowledge.

Understanding Students, I figured out the as a teacher my role should be to encourage students to communicate openly. There should be emphasis on cultivating a dialogue rather than a monologue. So, while solving any kind of problems in the classroom, it is always wise to hear the opinions of the students also.

Discussing Issues with Staff members because of this research project I came to know how the staff members of school can be helpful in problem solving issue through discussing the issues.

Increase knowledge through this research project my knowledge in the field of research increased. Before this project I was unaware about research and its methods now, I can do research easily. I know the mentality of different age group children how to create tests and check tests. How to motivate them is the question that it cleared to me through this project. As a teacher it added a lot in my professional skills.

Self-control, Self-control is that the capability to override associate impulse so as to retort fitly. we have a tendency to use self-control after we eat carrots rather than Krispy Kreme donuts, after we forgive rather than freak out and after we listen rather than paying somebody short confession. List the works you cited in your project (follow the APA manual 6th Edition).
